Kleerkut® 4900 has two "sister" products: Kleerkut® 4900-LT and Kleerkut® 4900 HD. For more information on these products, please inquire at: info@HarryMillerCorp.com. Kleerkut® 1900-FR is a light duty synthetic for machining & grinding operations on steel, cast iron, and aluminum. Immunol® 517-JV is an in-plant rust preventive for ferrous surfaces including cast and malleable iron, in hydostatic and ultrasonic testing, in spray washers for mild cleaning and rust inhibition, in one or two stages. It can be added to tumbling media for cleaning and rust inhibition, as a dip after tumbling, and as a grinding coolant-mixed with water, as well as a water quench after heat treating. Aqualube® 2023 FR is a water miscible, synthetic compound for light to medium drawing, stamping and blanking operations of all metals. This product provides excellent lubricity and leaves a light, protective film. Hamidraw® 9100-B is an entirely non-chlorinated extreme pressure lubricant for heavy duty drawing and stamping. It contains a polymeric lubricant package which provides the extreme pressure lubricating properties of the chlorinated additives formerly used. Hamidraw® 9100-B is environmentally acceptable and has enhanced removability characteristics. Hamikleer® 712-2 is a water soluble synthetic couplant for ultrasonic testing replacing glycerine. The buffering action permits testing of many metals and metallic couples that heretofore corroded in aqueous-phase couplants. The low halogen content makes Hamikleer® 712-2 ideal for use on titanium and other space-age metals where possible halogen stress corrosion could be a problem. When used neat, the product’s viscosity permits testing of vertical surfaces while exceptional water solubility and solution clarity allow easier rigging and positioning in submerged tank testing. Hamikleer® High Viscosity U.T. Couplants is a series of high viscosity versions of Hamikleer® 712-2 for ultrasonic testing of metals:
Hamikleer® 712-HV-1 Viscosity - 38,000 - 45,000 cps @ 720F
Hamikleer® 712-HV-2 Viscosity - 27,000 - 33,000 cps@ 720F
Hamikleer® 712-HV-3 Viscosity - 5,000 - 8,000 cps @ 720F
Hamikleer® 1975 HD is a synthetic machining lubricant/coolant for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It provides the needed lubrication for light or heavy machining operations including: boring, drilling, reaming, tapping, and threading. It is non-staining to non-ferrous metals, e.g., copper, brass, and aluminum and has a liquid residual film, which keeps machinery parts moving.
Hamikleer® 1990 is a bio-resistant synthetic machining and grinding lubricant/coolant for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is extremely low foaming, which makes it useful in operations where foam control is essential, such as double disc or plunge grinding, or high speed machining. It provides lubrication needed for light to moderate duty machining operations, such as grinding, turning, drilling, reaming, and tapping. Hamikleer® 1990 is non-staining to non-ferrous metals and has a liquid residual film, which keeps machinery parts moving and provides good lubrication and rust protection to steel. It offers excellent wetting to keep swarf and fines from depositing on machinery, while enabling them to settle out quickly in central sumps. It rapidly rejects contaminants such as most tramp oils. It is highly bacterial resistant, which extends sump life of central and individual systems. Hamikleer® 1995 is a bio-resistant synthetic machining and grinding lubricant/coolant for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is extremely low foaming, which makes it useful in operations where foam control is essential, such as double disc or plunge grinding, or high speed machining. It provides lubrication needed for moderate to heavy duty machining operations, such as turning, drilling, reaming, broaching, boring and tapping. It is non-staining to non-ferrous metals, (e.g., copper alloys and aluminum), contains extreme pressure friction reducing lubricant additives, and provides good lubrication and rust protection to steel. Hamikleer® 1995 has a liquid residual film, which keeps machinery parts moving, and has excellent wetting to keep swarf and fines from depositing on machinery, and enabling them to settle out quickly in central sumps. It rejects contaminants such as most tramp oils and is highly bacterial resistant, which extends sump life of central and individual systems. Hamikleer® 2095 is a synthetic grinding and machining coolant concentrate designed to be used on both ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and also on milling of scale from copper or brass strip. Solutions provide excellent rust protection for cast iron and ferrous alloys with no staining on zinc, copper, brass, and bronze. The solution keeps wheels clean and suspends metallic fines and swarf, preventing their precipitation on ways, tables, and other work surfaces. It will not turn rancid and does not cause dermatitis. Hamikleer® 8307-A and 8307-B are water soluble synthetic couplants for contact ultrasonic testing replacing glycerin. They are chemically pure couplants that contain little or no contamination, which makes them acceptable for the testing requirements of turbine blade manufacturers. They are more highly pure compounds than the Hamikleer® 712 series of couplants. Hamikut® 100 is a new technology soluble oil metalworking lubricant that offers excellent bioresistance and stability to coolant systems. It can perform a wide variety of machining and grinding operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It offers cooling, excellent friction reduction, extremely low foam and will not sour with microbial contamination. It is free of substances subject to the reporting requirements of SARA Title III. It provides superior rust protection when used in sumps which typically encounter large amounts of contaminants. It is ideal for use in central systems. It is extremely easy to handle using filtration or centrifuge, and will not clog paper or filters. Immunol® 791-J is a mild detergent and rust inhibiting chemical for use on cast iron, cast steel and other ferrous metals. It protects cast iron and ferrous metals submerged in its solution indefinitely. It forms invisible, quick drying protective coatings on metal, which insure maximum “indoor” protection. Purgitol® RPV-1 is a liquid metal cleaner concentrate for use in immersion tanks, ultrasonic cleaning, or rotary barrel cleaning systems. Its use is for removal of oily soils, such as machining, grinding, or drawing oil residues, synthetic coolants, rust preventives, lubricating oils, and rolling oils. It can be used on steel, cast and malleable iron, and non-ferrous metal surfaces. Steelgard® 40-M-1 Base is an indoor rust preventive base for all ferrous surfaces including bearing steels, and tool steels. It is a barium free product. It can be used neat for maximum protection, but is generally used cut with from one to nine parts diluting oil or solvents.
