It is formulated to provide enhanced anti-wear properties and mild boundary lubrication. Hamikleer® 1975 HD is a synthetic machining lubricant/coolant for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It provides the needed lubrication for light or heavy machining operations including: boring, drilling, reaming, tapping, and threading. It is non-staining to non-ferrous metals, e.g., copper, brass, and aluminum and has a liquid residual film, which keeps machinery parts moving.
Hamikleer® 1990 is a bio-resistant synthetic machining and grinding lubricant/coolant for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is extremely low foaming, which makes it useful in operations where foam control is essential, such as double disc or plunge grinding, or high speed machining. It provides lubrication needed for light to moderate duty machining operations, such as grinding, turning, drilling, reaming, and tapping. Hamikleer® 1990 is non-staining to non-ferrous metals and has a liquid residual film, which keeps machinery parts moving and provides good lubrication and rust protection to steel. It offers excellent wetting to keep swarf and fines from depositing on machinery, while enabling them to settle out quickly in central sumps. It rapidly rejects contaminants such as most tramp oils. It is highly bacterial resistant, which extends sump life of central and individual systems. Hamikleer® 1995 is a bio-resistant synthetic machining and grinding lubricant/coolant for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is extremely low foaming, which makes it useful in operations where foam control is essential, such as double disc or plunge grinding, or high speed machining. It provides lubrication needed for moderate to heavy duty machining operations, such as turning, drilling, reaming, broaching, boring and tapping. It is non-staining to non-ferrous metals, (e.g., copper alloys and aluminum), contains extreme pressure friction reducing lubricant additives, and provides good lubrication and rust protection to steel. Hamikleer® 1995 has a liquid residual film, which keeps machinery parts moving, and has excellent wetting to keep swarf and fines from depositing on machinery, and enabling them to settle out quickly in central sumps. It rejects contaminants such as most tramp oils and is highly bacterial resistant, which extends sump life of central and individual systems. Hamikleer® 2095 is a synthetic grinding and machining coolant concentrate designed to be used on both ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and also on milling of scale from copper or brass strip. Solutions provide excellent rust protection for cast iron and ferrous alloys with no staining on zinc, copper, brass, and bronze. The solution keeps wheels clean and suspends metallic fines and swarf, preventing their precipitation on ways, tables, and other work surfaces. It will not turn rancid and does not cause dermatitis. Hamikut® 100 is a new technology soluble oil metalworking lubricant that offers excellent bioresistance and stability to coolant systems. It can perform a wide variety of machining and grinding operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It offers cooling, excellent friction reduction, extremely low foam and will not sour with microbial contamination. It is free of substances subject to the reporting requirements of SARA Title III. It provides superior rust protection when used in sumps which typically encounter large amounts of contaminants. It is ideal for use in central systems. It is extremely easy to handle using filtration or centrifuge, and will not clog paper or filters. Hamikut® 9036-B is an enhanced heavy duty soluble oil lubricant for heavy duty machining of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including zinc. Provides corrosion protection, is low foaming, possesses excellent emulsion stability and produces good micro-finishes. It provides improved biological control capability for longer sump life in re-circulating systems. Hamikut® 9120-NC is an extremely effective chlorine free soluble oil for light and medium duty machining and grinding of steel, alloys, aluminum, and yellow non ferrous metals, like copper, brass or bronze. It produces superior micro-finishes, while maintaining stability in hard water. It has improved bio-resistance properties. It is designed for recycling and centrifuging, and is very low foaming. It produces an ultra-stable blue emulsion. Hamilube® 1744 is a straight oil containing extreme pressure additives for general machining of all metals, including Magnesium. Kathon™ CC is a broad-spectrum microbicide that is extremely effective against bacteria, fungi, mold, and yeast even at low treatment levels. This unique formula allows the user to quickly test for the concentration of the biocide right at the sump. It is recommended for use in soluble, semi-synthetic and synthetic metalworking fluids and will immediately neutralize most foul odors. Kathon™ CC does not contain or release formaldehyde and does not contribute to ammonia blush common to many other biocides. Immunol® 1809-J is an additive for ultrasonic and hydrostatic testing operations. It is an ideal corrosion inhibitor for ferrous and non-ferrous metals and couples. It is also employed as a grinding coolant for light duty applications. Immunol® 1228 is an additive for use in non destructive test applications such as ultrasonic inspection or hydrostatic (or pressure) testing. It provides rust protection and reduced surface tension to water baths used for immersion testing of these types. Is recommended for systems constructed of (or used for testing) steel and aluminum. It is low foaming and long lasting and provides protection against flash rusting and short term indoor storage.
