Hamico® 138-L is designed for use as a vanishing oil. It contains lubricity additives which make it ideal for stamping, blanking or drawing of light to medium gauge steel and aluminum. Hamico® 138-L has extremely low odor, is non-emulsifying, has a rapid evaporation rate, and leaves minimal residue. Application of the lubricant can be via spraying, flooding or swabbing. Hamico® 863-EP Base is normally used as received, but can be diluted with oil, solvents, or water, depending on the operation. It may be applied by dipping, spray, or brushing. It is a combination of extreme pressure lubricants. It is used either neat or with oil. It is used primarily for tapping operations on steel. It will not corrode steel or aluminum on contact, but will stain brass and copper. Hamidraw® 497-B is composed of extreme pressure resisting chlorinated base and synthetic esters. It contains no pigments, is non-flammable and is completely removable in mineral or chlorinated solvents. It will not channel and is cohesive and adhesive. The viscosity of this product can be reduced by cutting back with solvents or mineral oils. Hamidraw® 1828-A is a heavy duty, water soluble, extreme pressure lubricant offering maximum lubricity for drawing, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including stainless steel. The residual film offers corrosion protection for the drawn parts. Hamidraw® 1846-NC is a heavy duty non-chlorinated pigmented drawing lubricant for ferrous or stainless steels. It can be used for severe draws such as tube reducing, bar drawing, wire drawing, etc. The lubricant cleans quickly with hot alkaline or hot detergent cleaning. Hamidraw® 9014-LV and 9019 are tube hydroforming lubricants for applications to the outer diameter of parts being formed into dies. Both products are straight petroleum based lubes containing advanced additive packages that are free of sulfur, chlorine, and pigmented compounds. They have excellent forming characteristics and compare very favorably to chlorinated and sulfurized lubes when used on hydroforming operations involving severe metal deformation and elongation. Hamidraw® 9014-LV is a lighter viscosity version of the two products. Hamidraw® 9019 is heavier and possesses better film adherence properties. Hamidraw® 9100-B is an entirely non-chlorinated extreme pressure lubricant for heavy duty drawing and stamping. It contains a polymeric lubricant package which provides the extreme pressure lubricating properties of the chlorinated additives formerly used. Hamidraw® 9100-B is environmentally acceptable and has enhanced removability characteristics. Hamilube® 1989 is a specially formulated synthetic lubricant for use in metal forming operations on aluminum and other non-ferrous metals, such as cooper or brass. It is recommended for drawing, stamping, blanking and cutting as a replacement for petroleum based straight oils. It contains no oil, sulfur, or chlorine. It provides excellent high film strength boundary lubrication, leaves no residue upon burnoff in an anneal, and is easily removed. Hamilube®1989-B is a lower viscosity version of Hamilube® 1989. Hamilube® 2078 is a lubricant for stamping, blanking and deep drawing of steel, copper or brass. It is light viscosity oil designed for light to medium grade applications. While it is for use as received, it can be cut back with mineral oil for lighter work. The light film which 2078 deposits provides rust protection to steel parts after processing. Removal of the residue from the metal is accomplished with solvent degreasing, detergent, or alkaline cleaning. Hamilube® 2078-B is an upgraded version of Hamilube® 2078 designed to provide more lubricity and a heavier film thickness Aqualube® 2023 FR is a water miscible, synthetic compound for light to medium drawing, stamping and blanking operations of all metals. This product provides excellent lubricity and leaves a light, protective film. Aqualube® 2029 is a water miscible, heavy duty non-chlorinated, non-sulfurized synthetic compound for medium to heavy drawing, stamping and blanking operations for steel and galvanized. It provides excellent lubricity and leaves a light, protective film to provide post process corrosion protection on steel. Aquaroll® 7606-FO is an emulsifiable cold rolling lubricant for steel, copper and brass. It is applicable for use in grade rolling of blanks in tableware manufacture. It is non-staining to rolls and work, contains little ash, is long lasting and low foaming. Hamico® 1003 is a light colored, transparent, odorless lubricating oil for machinery and equipment requiring an extremely clean condition with a light oil. It can be used in many applications where light lubrication is needed, e.g., forming, bending, stamping, straightening. It can be used on all metals as received, by pumping, dip, spray or wipe. Hamidraw® 497-MX-2 is composed of extreme pressure resisting chlorinated base and synthetic esters. Pigmented and non-flammable, this product is completely removable in mineral solvents, chlorinated solvents and hot alkaline cleaners. It will not channel and is cohesive and adhesive. The viscosity of this product can be reduced by cutting back with solvents or mineral oils. Hamidraw® 1828-LC is a heavy duty, water soluble drawing compound for lubrication of steel and non-ferrous metals in drawing operations. It has a reduced amount of extreme pressure lube additives from the Hamidraw® 1828-DS version. Hamidraw® 1945 Series (100-700) is a lubricant for blanking and deep drawing of all metals. It is a heavy duty oil and can be cut back with mineral oil for lighter work. Removal from the metal can be done with solvents or alkaline cleaners. Hamidraw® 1945 is offered in various viscosity grades. |
