It provides superior rust protection when used in sumps which typically encounter large amounts of contaminants. It is ideal for use in central systems. It is extremely easy to handle using filtration or centrifuge, and will not clog paper or filters. Hamikut® 9036-B is an enhanced heavy duty soluble oil lubricant for heavy duty machining of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including zinc. Provides corrosion protection, is low foaming, possesses excellent emulsion stability and produces good micro-finishes. It provides improved biological control capability for longer sump life in re-circulating systems. Hamikut® 9120-NC is an extremely effective chlorine free soluble oil for light and medium duty machining and grinding of steel, alloys, aluminum, and yellow non ferrous metals, like copper, brass or bronze. It produces superior micro-finishes, while maintaining stability in hard water. It has improved bio-resistance properties. It is designed for recycling and centrifuging, and is very low foaming. It produces an ultra-stable blue emulsion. Hamilube® 7709 is a non-chlorinated straight oil containing friction-reducing extreme pressure additives, which makes it suitable for drilling operations. It is also applicable for threading, tapping, turning, milling, trepanning and other machining operations on steel. Used on Stainless and Alloyed steels. It contains sulfurized additives and has a light viscosity, which makes it suitable for gun drilling. It will provide an adequate fluid film between the wear pads and the work material, will prevent welding of chips to the cutting edge of the drill, will cool the drill and the work, and dispose of the chips easily by flushing. Aqualube® 2023 FR is a water miscible, synthetic compound for light to medium drawing, stamping and blanking operations of all metals. This product provides excellent lubricity and leaves a light, protective film. Aquaroll® 7606-FO is an emulsifiable cold rolling lubricant for steel, copper and brass. It is applicable for use in grade rolling of blanks in tableware manufacture. It is non-staining to rolls and work, contains little ash, is long lasting and low foaming. Hamidraw® 497-B is composed of extreme pressure resisting chlorinated base and synthetic esters.
